No problem! We love working with new businesses. We provide advisory services to help you select the best entity type for your business and develop a startup strategy. Then we can get your accounting software set up and working properly.
Nope! Your relationship with your us will be month-to-month and you can make changes at any time. (Note – a 30 day written notice is required for cancellation by either party).
As often as you like! At a minimum, you'll have the opportunity to review performance every month, but we're always available for a call or Zoom to answer questions or provide advice.

Both Penny and Scott are certified advance ProAdvisors in QuickBooks, the #1 accounting software in the world, and what most of our clients use. However, we are also certified in other software, such as FreshBooks and NetSuite. You will always maintain ownership and control of your books while we work inside them.
While we don't prepare taxes, we partner with excellent CPAs and Enrolled Agents who do. In addition to preparing your tax returns, these tax experts are also able to perform advanced tax planning, ensuring you pay as little tax as legally allowed.
It’s easier than you think! We’ll start by having a chat about your business and your bookkeeping needs, so both we and you can get a sense of our fit. When you would like to move forward, we will need a bit more information. We will take a look at your books to see what shape they’re in and to gauge the scope of the work (number of transactions per month, number of bank/credit card accounts and loans, etc.). We will then send you a proposal for Bespoke Bookkeeping services custom tailored to your business. Upon acceptance of our agreement, we will “onboard” you, and you will be on your way!
