Whether you’re a seasoned QuickBooks user or are brand new to it, we will become your partner in getting you the most benefit from QuickBooks (or your chosen platform).  Oftentimes, much of the day-to-day data is entered by the business itself – either by you, the owner, or by someone on your team (creating a new customer or vendor, entering estimates, converting estimates to invoices, taking a payment, making a deposit, etc.).  More advanced tasks such as pulling in the bank and sales feeds, reconciling accounts, and generating reports are generally best handled by your bookkeeping professional.

We, as your professional bookkeepers, will collaborate with you and your staff to see that the information created in-house flows as seamlessly as possible into the QuickBooks platform so that you will have accurate information for making important business decisions.  It really is a partnership - a collaboration - between what you and your staff do in-house and what we do as your outsourced accounting department.  

We can show you and your team how to use your accounting software to the fullest.  That starts with making sure that it is set up and configured properly and includes seeing that all 3rd party integrations  (such as POS or sales software) flow into the proper accounts.  That helps with tracking and measuring the metrics that are most important and useful to you.  We can prepare SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistency and accuracy.  And we will customize reports to give you the information that you want and need.  In addition, when QuickBooks is working for you, it will make collecting information for year-end tax filing much easier and less expensive.
